We at Crown Catering Warehouse do not believe in turning down a client, therefore we will go that extra mile to please them, and that is why we stock over 3000 of each hiring item (knives, forks, spoons, glasses, dinner plates, pudding bowls, etc.) at a very low cost. This ensures that your function will always be picture perfect and affordable on your pocket.
Our range of linen is highly spoken about and with reason. We have any colour imaginable in over-layers, seat covers, table cloths, runners, chair-binders, etc. We also have a policy that if you require a certain colour that we do not have, depending on the size of the order, we will manufacture for you in our own factory and have it ready for you on the day you require it.
Facilities are also available on the premises for the customer to come in and decorate their own table as they wish together with our trained staff, this enables them to see the table and advise us what items they require by filling in an order form available at the reception desk, or kindly download our price list below and forward it via email or fax so that reservation can be done to secure your order.
A refundable deposit is charged over and above the hiring costs which is refundable on return of the items. Furthermore, a delivery and collection service is offered at an extra cost, (Bloemfontein only).
The low-cost strategy has been the key success to the business. Retention is 85% of a business of which Crown Catering has succeeded by using this policy.
• A deposit is applicable on all hiring and will be refunded upon full return of the hiring items.
• A valid South African Identification Document or Driver’s License is required on all hiring agreements along with a recent proof of residence.
• Items returned late could result in a penalty fee and / or forfeit of deposit.
